GLOBAL SUSHI CHALLENGE WINNER!

We are proud to annouce, that Damien Tan King Meng, our Sous Chef of Hide Yamamoto has won the honour to represent Singapore as a Winner of the Global Sushi Challenge 2015.

Representing Singapore, Damien will compete against other top Sushi chef challengers from 14 countries across Asia, Europe and America at the final stage in Japan this autumn.

As we would like more guests to enjoy and experience Damien's Sushi, starting from August we will be serving a special Sushi platter of 'Chef Damien Tan’s Premium Five kinds of Sushi' ($78).

Updated menu will be out in August.
